POST: Divisional Business Partner
LOCATION: Busy Bees, St Matthews, Shaftesbury Drive, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS7 9QP (This role will be supporting Nurseires across the South of England (exluding London)
CONTRACT: Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent Contract
SALARY: GBP28,000 per annum, plus bonus, company car/car allowance

Our head office is based in Burntwood, Staffordshire but you'll be required to travel to Nurseries throughout your assigned Division as well as attend meetings as required. Experience of working within the childcare or care sector is advantageous, as would experience within a strongly business focused HR Business Partner role.
You must be able to show demonstrable experience of working with KPIs, forecasting and budget planning while working within a target driven environment and have experience and confidence in achieving targets. You must be approachable and personable and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You must have the ability to drive and maintain results and inspire respect and confidence from your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
This is a varied role which would suit an individual who has experience of working within a strategic remit with Managers at a senior level. In this role as Divisional Business Partner you'll need to be able to:

Contribute to strategy and business planning process for Regions / Divisions
Take a consultative approach to tackling business critical issues
Take a business savvy approach and make recommendations on improving financial performance, and follow these through
Deliver, monitor, manage and measure an integrated and customer focused professional service

The skills set & experience

Comprehensive knowledge of work practices, processes & procedures relevant to the role specifically in relation to HR
Good communication and organisation skills
Experience of working independently and confidently
