My client is currently recruiting for Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Burton on Trent.

The role will involve:

• Providing high levels of customer service

• Processing orders through clients

• Dealing with general customer and account queries

• Supporting the Customer and Sales teams

• General Administration

• Working on computer systems

• Handing discount authorisation

• Working with the BD team

Experience required:

• Previously having worked in a Customer Service environment

• Account Management

• Proven track record of providing a high level of customer service

• Strong verbal and written skils

• Excellent communication skills

• Good problem solving skills

• Outstanding organisation skills

• Experience of working in a fast paced pressured environment

The package will include:

• Basic GBP18.5k to GBP20k per annum

• Bonus after 12 months within the company based on performance

• Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, with a half an hour for lunch each day - 37.5 hours per week
