My client based in Burton on Trent are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their professional organisation. The role will be working as a front of house, presenting the business. Along with reception duties general administration will also be an aspect to the role.

Key tasks to include:

• Reception duties; to include answering the switchboard, meeting and greeting clients

• Managing the meeting room diaries

• File closing and archiving

• Photocopying and scanning

• Filing

• Dealing with all outbound mail

• Contacting clients by phone and email when required by colleagues

• Sending letters and official documentation when required

• Updating the company CRM system

• Listening into client telephone calls for quality control

Person Specification:

• Well organised with attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience of working as a receptionist

• IT Literate
