Job Title:PA

Our client, a leading hardware supplier, have a fantastic opportunity for a PA who will be directly reporting to the CEO. The key focus of the PA role will be to provide managerial, administrative and IT support to the CEO in order to make sure that the company objectives are being met. As the PA, you will be expected to provide full support and will also be involved in some management and supervision of administrative staff.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and send formal communication to company through memo's updates etc
  • The PA will assist the CEO with fact finding or cost saving initiatives and ideas, as well as implementing and monitoring actual cost savings versus planned savings
  • Conduct market research and assist executives in making important business decisions, including researching and developing new business ideas
  • Preparation and occasional presentation of reports, including management of a variety of different projects
  • Filing of documents for easy retrieval, both paper and electronic email, including compliance auditing and digitisation of all payroll documentation
  • Help in PR stories, social media and marketing related support, as well as website graphics manipulation, image uploading and administration
  • Digital policy implementation, project management of e-commerce platform to customers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a PA
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong IT skills including all MS Office packages
  • Full UK Drivers Licence essential
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Smart and professional appearance

Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 7.00pm

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 pa
