Payroll Administrator required for an exciting permanent opportunity working for a well established firm based in Stafford. You will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be responsible for processing a number of payrolls for up to 350 clients varying in size, business type, weekly and monthly payrolls and pay dates. Your daily duties will include processing timesheets and salaries, pro-rata calculations, gross to net reporting, sending payments by BACS, creating and sending the FPS to HMRC, creating and posting payroll journals, starters & leavers and auto enrolment.

My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who can join the business and make a positive contribution to the team. You will thrive on working in a busy yet challenging role and be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Experience working with a computerised payroll system and Microsoft Excel is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable business within their field on a full time permanent basis with a view to starting as soon as possible. The working hours are 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday.
