Office Administrator – 20 hours per week (possibly full time depending on experience)
CJ WildBird Foods Ltd are a market leader in the development and sale of wild bird foods and associated hardware, wildlife habitation solutions, specialised books on flora and fauna and many other wildlife related products. We operate our business in 9 European countries (including the UK) and represent and manage the retail, trade and affiliate group business for some of the largest wild bird and wildlife organisations in Holland, Germany and Belgium.
We are now looking for a person with good admin skills to assist in the day to day running of the busy and specialised European Wildlife Books side of our business. Duties will include but not be limited to: control of our European media stock, international sourcing of books and other media related products, price negotiation and purchasing of those products, maintaining daily stock availability reports and advising management of trends in sales performance.
There is a good possibility of the role becoming full time in the near future, depending on the capabilities of the successful applicant. The extra hours would be allocated to other administrative tasks within the marketing and product development departments.
Personal skills required:
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
