FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Working for a niche firm of solicitors based in Shrewsbury as part of an experienced and highly rated legal team. Role includes: • greeting clients and showing them to meeting rooms • answering telephones • handling correspondence, filing, copying and scanning • dealing with post • amending documents, letters and emails • word processing • reporting to practice manager, carrying our general administrative duties
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with one hour for lunch included. Part time 9am to 3pm (school hours) considered - when applying please advise full time or part time availability.
Place of work: Shrewsbury Business Park, Shrewsbury.
Previous experience of working in an administrative role in an office essential.
Salary: £14,000-£20,000, depending on experience and level of qualification.
