Customer Service Administrator
We’re looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to fulfil a permanent position in a successful team based in Halesowen.
You will be ensuring that customer requests, orders and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and in particular members of staff.
Our client is looking for a self-driven, highly motivated person with a positive outlook and ‘can do’ attitude. Mature, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. Well presented, businesslike, personable and be a team-player.
To be a successful candidate you will need to have previous experience in a customer service environment along with GCSE’S in Maths and English.
Salary will be negotiable based on experience, knowledge and ability.
Hours of work: The business operates it’s working hours between 7.00am-7.00pm, therefore flexibility will be required to be able to work between these hours Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Working hours are 37.5 (either 7.00am-3.30pm, 8.30am-5.00pm, 10.30am-7.00pm).
