Your new role
Working as part of the Legal Services Department you will:
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Adoption and Children Act 2002
- have a good working knowledge of Family and Civil procedure rules.
- have significant advocacy experience
- undertake a demanding and complex caseload.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with in-depth knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and Adoption and Children Act 2002. You will also have experience in conducting your own advocacy, drafting relevant legal documents and managing complex caseload of childcare matters.
