Customer Service Manager

Based in Rugby

Salary £30k to £40k plus benefits

7 day rota

My client, a growing manufacturer and distributor within the food industry is seeking a driven Customer Service Manager to play a leading role in setting up a new UK division

Reporting to the Group CFO

Main Areas:

  • Lead a of team of 4, covering 7 days a week ensuring customers have access to advice and support when they need it
  • Provide excellent client and customer service
  • Respond to customer questions in a timely manner
  • Complaint handling and feedback
  • Track orders
  • KPI’s
  • SLA’s
  • Provide excellent client and customer service
  • Respond to customer questions in a timely manner
  • Complaint handling and feedback

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Background in customer service
  • Customer care
  • Team development
  • Relevant customer care qualification

Ideally the successful applicant will be happy to lead a small team, be able to communicate effectively at all levels and develop excellent working relationships, working in a fast paced, multitasking work environment in customer service experience role.
