Reception Manager - Leisure Centre - Leamington Spa
Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive leisure centre operators, with sites throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Reception Manager to join their new site based in Leamington Spa.
They are currently seeking a high calibre customer service professional to lead our busy Front of House department. You will promote the organisations vision, values, and beliefs, managing your team of Front of House Colleagues to provide an efficient, helpful and friendly service to customers, whilst identifying opportunities to increase their visit frequency through converting and referring their enquiries. You will work closely with the Membership Manager to support and reinforce the sales process through the Front of House Team.
You will manage all data collected through Front of House, ensuring that it is entered correctly and targets relating to this are achieved. As the visible face of the centre, it is essential that you are outgoing and friendly and are available to assist with all our clients customers needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a reception management role within a busy service led setting, either within leisure or hospitality.
