Our client is based within Derby looking for an Office Administrator to join their Manufacturing and Production industry.
Our client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their business based in Derby. The ideal candidate will come from a strong administration and fast paced environment.
As the Office Administrator your duties will consist of:
- Formatting documents and producing reports for internal and external meetings
- Producing excel charts and diagrams & supporting internal departments with administration tasks
- Support on projects both short and long term with senior staff members
- Front of house and PA duties such as arranging travel and expense filing when required too
- Email management and correspondence
- Dealing with suppliers and vendors on a daily basis
The ideal candidate will be:
- confident on MS packages including excel
- used to working in a fast paced and changing environment
- driven and ambitious
- experienced within administration based roles
