Customer Service & Credit Control

We are looking for a driven and customer centric individual to be part of an ever growing and aspiring credit control team.
Please note we do not require previous Credit Control experience for this role as full training is provided.
We require someone who has great core customer services skills and the ability to manage various requirements and queries.

Managing your own portfolio of client base and being main point of contact for ongoing queries
Ensure payments are collected in a timely manner
Maintaining accuracy and diligence with all projects
Consistent and excellent service with customer care
Liaising with 3rd parties to create seamless experience
Clear passion and drive to achieve customer centricity
Accuracy and organisation with customer management systems
Deadline driven and attention to detail
Enthusiastic and flexible team member
