A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well known leading financial organisation in Birmingham City Centre, both Permanent and 6 month FTC positions are available.

The role of the Executive Assistant is will be working as part of a virtual Secretary support team that will be supporting Partners and Directors across the country.

The role will be to provide Administrative and Secretarial support to 4-10 Partners and Directors
-Heavy diary management
-Arranging meetings
-Facilitate logistic arrangements for meetings
-Arranging travel and itinerary's
-Manage communication vis e mail and telephone
-Events management
-General Administrative support

To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar role previously, Secretarial, Executive Assistant, Diary Management, Administration, Team supporting role, PA
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work part of a team
-Diary management
-Secretarial skills
-Microsoft office packages
-Excellent attention to detail
-Stakeholder management
