A fantastic business headquartered in the city centre are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to organise L&D courses for the business, ensuring all modules are running effectively, and to provide full administration for all services.

This may be great opportunity for someone interested in HR/training who wants to expand upon their experience and knowledge within a busy and professional environment!

The role will primarily involve:

  • Booking individuals onto training courses

  • Processing starter/leaver information and enrolment details

  • Checking individual achievements and logging where necessary

  • Maintaining the training records on the Learning Management System

  • Distribution of joining instructions

  • Organisation of training courses and management of timescales

  • Provision of course material and stationary

  • Production of attendance reports

  • General administration duties when required

This is a varied, hands-on position that will require extensive organisational abilities.

The successful L&D coordinator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Prior L&D/training exposure ideal but not essential

  • Some HR knowledge would be preferable

  • Confidence using systems/training databases

  • Ability to use own initiative and work well within a team

  • Strong admin skills

This is a temporary role lasting for around 4 weeks, potentially longer for the right individual. It will require an immediate start!
