Stoke Volkswagen are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who is ambitious, with an eye for detail and the drive to delight our customers.

As a Sales Manager you will demonstrate a hands on approach to manage the fantastic sales team within our dealership, you’ll take charge over ensuring that we are always the very best when it comes to selling used cars and offering the best customer service.

Utilising the dealership and manufacturer sales systems, you’ll monitor the dealership’s stock levels, ensure FCA compliance and make sure that the team are converting as many leads as possible.

You will need to be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and have a positive approach to maintaining a culture amongst the team of exceptional levels of customer care. Key skills required include a self-disciplined and organised approach to work, proactivity and the ability to work effectively within a busy environment, with the adaptability to deal with any challenges that await you.

To succeed in this role you’ll need to demonstrate your skills at making deals, second closing and adopting a finance culture coupled with your genuine commitment to coaching and developing your team to deliver the very best they can.
