A fantastic business based in Rednal is seeking a Senior Finance Office to deliver administrative, clerical and financial support services. It would be your duty to promote the company’s agenda and improve or build upon existing procedures. Lasting for 5 months potentially longer, this is a temporary position and would require an immediate start.

This varied role will primarily involve:

·Provision of reports and statistics when required

·Extensive financial administration such as record keeping, preparation of monthly accounts, budget preparation, analysis of general ledger and reconciliation of accounts

·System contribution and maintenance

·General administration duties such as handling of post, taking telephone calls and messages and managing email correspondence

·Analysing, reporting and feeding back on usage and impact when necessary

·Ad hoc projects and tasks when required

The successful Senior Financial Officer will possess the following skills and attributes:

·Extensive financial administration experience/knowledge

·Ideally, experience dealing with budget monitoring and service charge information

·Preferably an Accounts qualification
