Scope of Position – Shooting Stars Nurseries at
Wolverhampton are currently recruiting a Room Leader for our
Pre-Toddler room. This role requires the candidate to lead a team of
staff to ensure that all children attending the setting receive high
quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play
experiences which meet their individual needs.
This is a full time position, with working hours between 7.30am and
6pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
Essential - A minimum recognised level three childcare qualification
Desirable - Any professional related qualification
(Foundation Degree, EYPS, EYTS); Basic Food
Hygiene; Paediatric First Aid

Experience
Essential - Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS
Desirable - Post qualifying experience within a private day nursery
setting; Previous supervisory experience;
Experience of Ofsted Inspections; Working with
children with Special Educational Needs

Other
No child related criminal convictions; Commitment to Shooting Stars Nurseries
