We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Manager with a passion for customer service. We need an engaged front desk member to welcome our guests into our friendly hotel.
You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests
You will have the commitment and drive to make our guests happy.
As a Guest Services Manager your role will be to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are fully conversant with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information onto the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotel sales.
The successful Guest Services Manager candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multi task effectively whilst leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have previous experience of supervising others within a front office capacity and will ideally have knowledge of a hotel front office system.
