We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a well established business based in Aston. You will be responsible for the running of the office, dealing with HR queries and managing the main reception.

Salary £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30

Main Duties

  • Front of house, meeting and greeting visitors to the business
  • Dealing with all incoming calls and transferring to the relevant department
  • Dealing with new starters and arranging inductions
  • Looking after holiday requests and sickness
  • Liaising with managers of all departments
  • Dealing with complaints and referring escalations
  • Taking care of recruitment and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • General administration duties
  • Booking meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel arrangements
  • Data entry

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to plan, organise and coordinate tasks and personnel
  • Experience of working within a similar role
