Account Director - Recruitment

As a result of new and exciting clients being added to our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Account Director.
This is a key role managing & developing a key client based in the Midlands. A unique opportunity to work in partnership with key stakeholders to drive innovative recruitment solutions for this high growth client.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following
- Lead, motivate and drive a high performing account team (off & onsite)
- Provide strategic direction and have a genuine desire to exceed expectations in performance against key KPIs & SLA.
- Proven track record in Strategic Account Development from either a RPO or PSL Key Account environment.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
