Technical Support Advisor
My sy sclient in Kenilworth is currently looking for Technical Support Advisor to join their busy team.
You will be dealing with inbound calls and helping clients with technical enquires about the products they have purchased or looking to buy. You will be working within a team of other sales executives and will be set targets and strategies which you will be aiming to hit and follow.
Your day to day duties will mainly involve taking incoming calls, supporting with technical knowledge, adding orders to the processing system, dispatching the orders, handling customer complaints and enquiries, running telesales campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team.
Previous experience with dealing with technical problems is desirable but if you have intensive experience with dealing with high volume of calls you may also be considered.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Fridays 9am - 5pm.
