Data Analyst (HR)

Circa £18,000 - £20,000

Our client is looking for an analytical individual to join their HR Team in Solihull who will be responsible for collecting and analysing employee data adhering to data protection legislation at all times. The job holder will be our HR Systems expert and will be responsible for the administration and control of regular employee data feeds from the system to other Business Systems in the UK and US.

You will be expected to produce HR metrics across a number of business areas, identifying data trends, highlighting irregularities that may require action.

You will be responsible for the administration of company cars, this will involve invoice reconciliation; fuel card usage reporting and cash allowance auditing. The job holder will be responsible for understanding the Gender Pay Gap analysis reporting requirements and ensuring that Ryder remain compliant.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of working with data and data manipulation preferably in a HR environment. Strong IT skills are an essential skill to be successful in this role, including advanced knowledge of Excel. You will have great attention to detail coupled with an excellent understanding of data quality controls and processes.
