HR Advisor ER
Providing support and guidance to Managers with the management of Employee Relations cases, giving advice, and analysing and advising on complex HR/ER cases.

You will proactively manage, support and advise on ER cases to include disciplinary, grievances, investigations and capability; you will provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
You will also support the delivery of ER related training
- Must have worked in a HR Generalist or ER role at Advisory level
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Will have worked in a wide range of HR issues
- Ideally will have CIPD qualification or equivalent
