Our housing services provide a supportive home environment that paves the way to greater independence and recovery. We help people to maintain their tenancy as well as providing access to social activities, further education, employment and training.

About the role

As Mental Health Recovery Worker you will provide valuable tenancy support and information as well as helping individuals to develop basic living skills, regain control of their lives and manage their homes appropriately.The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with partner agencies, housing providers and voluntary organisations to signpost tenants to services and facilities that are right for them.

About you

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with tenants, carers, partner agencies and service providers. We're looking for a great relationship builder, working directly with the people who use our services. With a good understanding of housing management and tenancy support - you will also be qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Good communication, IT and organisational skills are essential.

This posts is a part-time post working 30 hours per week between Monday to Friday
