Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their busy Pub with serving all fresh food to satisfied customers in the Warwick Area. The pub serves a modern british menu and is popular locally as well as with tourists. Fully furnished live in is available. The role is for 5 straight shifts per week and own transport advisable unless live in required.
The Junior Sous Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head & Sous Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards - input into menu ideas
Already working as a Junior Sous Chef or CDP
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Good Motivator & Manager
