An industry-leading Property Consultancy based in B3, Central Birmingham are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor with 6+ months APC diary to join their close-knit team.

An extremely reputable Consultancy, who place a huge focus on APC support and growing their team organically, due to in-house promotions, this opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join the team and receive all the training necessary to achieve MRICS Chartership.

The Role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will join a friendly and ambitious team whilst carrying out the full remit of Building Surveying discipline's including but not limited to;

  • Contract Admin
  • Building Surveys/Acquisition Surveys
  • Due-Diligence
  • Report Writing
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Dilapidations
  • Defect Diagnosis

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • 6+ months APC diary
  • Private Practice/Consultancy background preferred
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to achieving MRICS Chartership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working for a leading Consultancy who are committed to the development of their staff and in return will receive;
