I am currently recruiting for a fantastic 4* hotel in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. They are looking for a passionate, hard working chef de partie to join their kitchen team.

The position is a great opportunity for a chef who is looking to progress their career and push their career forward. With a large kitchen team and a 2AA Rosette restaurant you will be able to learn lots of new skills / techniques, giving you great exposure for future experiences.

The job will be working across all areas of the kitchen, covering conference and banqueting, a la carte and bar menu, working on all the different sections, making sure service is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be a mentor for junior staff members and will help them with their training and development.

The ideal candidate will have previous rosette experience or will have previously worked in a medium to large four star hotel property. They will have shown great commitment and longevity in their previous positions and will show great passion / enthusiasm for the catering industry.

Alongside a competitive salary you will receive 28 days holiday, will work to a 40 hour contract (paid overtime) and will be open to lots of company benefits and discounts.
