A successful Jewellery business in Birmingham are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the team to manage a small team of Customer Service Advisors in there contact centre.

The role and responsibilities
-Leading a team of 4 customer service advisors
-Handling more complex enquiries and complaints on the phone via email and by letter
-Making sure accurate records are kept of communications with customers
-Helping to recruit, train and appraise new and existing Customer Service staff
-Deputising for Customer Service & Fulfilment Manager in their absence

To be considered for this role you would have worked in a contact centre previously in either a supervisor, senior customer service advisor, team leader role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Well organised, ability to make appropriate decisions under pressure
-Experience in a call centre environment
-Some experience of managing direct reports, leadership qualities is essential to allow you to guide your team successfully through their daily workload

The company are offering a salary of £17,000 with working hours: Monday - Thursday - 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.
