Customer Service/Sales - Birmingham City Centre - £14k

To start as soon as possible - Telephone interviews being held this week.

Duties:

* Managing outbound calls
* Updating computer systems
* Offering excellent customer service
* Delivering sales results by providing high level customer interaction and strong negotiation skills

The ideal candidate for this role will also meet the following criteria:-

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
* Good business acumen, articulate and able to use own initiative
* Enjoy working as part of a team
* Experience within a professional sales environment
* Pro-active and self-motivated attitude

The opening hours of the site are Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.00pm.

You must be available for an immediate start.
