Customer Support Officer

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Officer in the Solihull area. Our client is a well-established Company.

As a Customer Support Officer you will need to have/be:

·Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
·CeMAP qualified/part qualified
·Understanding of the mortgage life cycle
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong analytical skills
·Capable of organising, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines


·Salary: Up to £23,000.00
·Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
·Location: Solihull
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a Customer Support Officer:

·Respond to customer requests
·Build customer relationships by listening and resolving queries or complaints quickly
·Ensure the needs of vulnerable customers are considered and responded to sensitively
·Analyse the customers financial and personal circumstances and recommend solutions for the best outcome
·Monitor payment arrangements and undertake regular reviews
