We are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a well established Waste Management company based in Birmingham. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will provide excellent customer service levels to a wide range of customers at both a local and national level.

Salary £16,000 - £18,000

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday - 08.30am - 17.30

Duties

  • Deal with incoming telephone queries
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure service is maintained
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Keeping records up to date on bespoke CRM system
  • Data Entry
  • Responding to emails
  • Carry out analysis and produce reports on a daily and monthly basis
  • Liaise with other departments within the business
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Arrange for waste to be collected
  • Working towards KPI targets in accordance with business requirements
  • Accurate record keeping

Skills Required

  • Experience of working within a busy customer service environment
  • Have the ability to plan and organise
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Used to dealing with internal and external customers
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages, ideally Word and Excel
