We are looking for a dedicated graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree. You will arrive with a highly developed communication manner and a love of extra curricular activities. You will have the ability to add value to the school through not just strong subject knowledge but also an enthusiasm for education in general. You should possess an impressive ability to quickly establish relationships with people in this school community, from pupils and teachers to parents and governors.
This Learning Support Assistant position involves supporting learning in a general capacity, across the school through the Inclusion Unit. You will be making sure the individual needs of SEN pupils are being met by liaising with class teachers and the SENCO. You will be involved in a tailored CPD that will support you through your year and development. Extra-curricular is very important here so the Headteacher loves individuals who share her passion and can offer extra value in school.
This school is widely supported by the local community and often plays host to a range of public events and activities.
