An established provider of social housing in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Work Planner to make an immediate impact within the Asset Management and Home Maintenance Team

Key Duties:

? Planning the repairs jobs for the operatives; booking the jobs onto Optitime
? Liaising with subcontractors, tenants and any other third parties
? Providing administrative support to the Home Maintenance and Asset Management Team; with the aim of 100 appointments per day

Key Criteria:

? Experience of the software Optitime is essential
? Planning or scheduling experience is essential
? Experience of planning or scheduling within a social housing background is highly advantageous

The successful Work Planner will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with tenants and operatives with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
