Main Responsibilities:

  • Collating and monitoring daily attendance stats and completing necessary trackers/reports.
  • Checking time and attendance data from the previous day; liaising with Amazon management to clarify and agree corrections and ensure any anomalies are cleared, absences are accurately coded and the correct payable hours are showing.
  • Ensuring new hires are met, welcomed and directed to inductions and added to all relevant trackers/systems.
  • Updating internal metric systems daily and completing process in line with set weekly deadlines.
  • Attending daily meetings to receive updates and contribute ideas.
  • Managing administrative systems like Performance Console, allocating work across shift team, to ensure feedback is given and recorded in a timely manner in line with agreed performance management processes.
  • Conducting and delegating return to work interviews, ensuring associates are truly fit for work, noting any follow up support or appointments necessary and re-iterating expected standards of attendance.
  • Providing and delegating regular feedback to associates on productivity, quality, attendance and safety.
  • Conducting and delegating structured performance management, as per agreed standards, for attendance, quality or performance issues. Including counselling, disciplinary hearings and release of non-performers.
  • Assisting associates with queries, liaising with the relevant agency and Amazon staff as necessary.
  • Responding promptly to any requests for information PMP, Amazon or Partner Agency management.
  • Creating a highly visible presence around the FC, engaging with associates and Amazon management.
  • Assisting with the training/development of on-site reps and providing support to newer team members.

The successful candidate will have a bias for action, a strong desire for continuous improvement and be motivated to succeed. Accuracy and attention to detail will be paramount and a flexible approach to working hours particularly during the peak period.
