Payroll Administrator-Temporary Contract-URGENTLY REQUIRED

Here at AM2PM Recruitment Solutions Ltd we are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our support function based at our Head Office in Sutton Coldfield.

Candidate duties will include:

Processing timesheets onto our payroll system
Sending out invoices and costing information to clients
Providing excellent levels of customer service to our branch network
Managing wage queries
Completing all related general administration
Setting up new temporary worker pay profiles

Starting salary £8.00 to £8.50 per hour depending on experience.

Ideally we are looking for an excellent data entry and customer service experience however full system and process training will be given.

This is an initial temporary contract, starting early August and running to January 2018.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however there needs to be a flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
