About the company:
The main purpose of the role is to execute the operational requirements for in-house contracts under the supervision and direction of the Senior In-house Manager and Sales Team. Adopting a customer centric approach, the Account Manager will ensure that the commitments made to clients by the Sales Team will be delivered. They are central to the smooth and efficient running of the programme from go-live through to assessment, performing a pivotal function on a global basis. The role is to know everything about the client and the programme, where it is delivered, by whom and how.
They are responsible for organising the day to day administration of the in-house contract ensuring all aspects are considered, bookings, workshop material, general enquiries and processing invoices. They are responsible for the management of any customisation work which accompanies the programme and ensuring they arrive in a timely manner to the in-house client along with the workshop materials. They are also responsible for creating bespoke Learning Management Systems for our clients.
The Account Manager is responsible, alongside the Sales Team as a whole, for maintaining a high level of customer support from initial enquiry all the way through to dispatch of evaluation at the end of the programme.
The Account Manager is required to assist the Sales Team with any scheduling related queries, appointment of tutors for the delivery of the workshops, internal & external and ensure feedback is received back from all workshops.
They will be responsible for handling student queries from in-house clients. They will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce on behalf of the Sales Team as necessary. They will have responsibility for processing invoices and expenses as may be required in accordance with the ICT expenses policy.
The Account Manager has the task of dispatching the right materials to the right venue marked for the attention of the right contact and ensure said materials have been received. They are also responsible for ensuring all tutors are briefed for their workshops for the upcoming week.
It will be the responsibility of the Account Manager to initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Work directly with clients via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current clients to purchase new products and/or services.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Demonstrable experience of account management and customer support in an office environment
• Strong telephone skills/experience
• Evidence of meeting regular deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Any experience of working within a business or service focused on professional training is welcomed.
