T2M Resourcing are recruiting Time & Attendance Analysts with experience of Kronos / Timegate Time and Attendance systems for a major employer within the West Midlands. These opportunities are available on either a permanent or fixed term contract basis and are key to ensuring that the business achieves excellence in it's operations model in terms of business resource management, planning, forecasting and payroll service delivery.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Support the roll out and ongoing support of the Timegate Time & Attendance system
  • To provide 1st line user support across the business
  • Systems configuration an maintenance of Kronos / Timegate applications
  • Be a key contact for the Group IT function regarding Kronos / Timegate
  • To create functional and user profiles including the facilitation of new systems installations / mobilisation
  • To produce clear communication / process documents
  • To complete statistical data and KPI reports
  • To support payroll operations with processing supplementary payments requests
  • To be the 'go to' person for queries & resolution of Kronos / Timegate issues
  • To undertake ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure compliance to procedures and support process audits

To be successful on this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Great working knowledge of Time and Attendance systems including Kronos and Timegate at administrator level
  • Strong payroll procedures / processing skills
  • Advanced Microsoft application experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure whilst remaining customer focused and positive
