Property Litigation Paralegal - Non-Corporate Environment

A renowned top tier full service national law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding Property Litigation Team which is based at the firms' office in Birmingham city centre.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm that is immensely proud of having a transparent and collaborative culture throughout the entire organisation. The firm is very much a meritocracy and does not operate a traditional pyramid structure. Any attitudes of self-importance are most certainly frowned upon which is no doubt why the firm is the recipient of a number of awards including being ranked as one of the best law firms to work for.

The Property Litigation Team is held in exceptionally high regard and deals with the full remit of property litigation matters predominantly on behalf of clients in the retail and leisure sector and is now enjoying a further period of growth. Consequently, the firm is looking to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with property litigation matters to include landlord & tenant matters, tenant defaults and possession claims.

A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday with the option to buy more days, private health care, life assurance and an abundance of corporate discounts.

This is a great opportunity for those whose career is in its infancy and who is keen to gain experience at a top tier firm that can offer exposure to quality work and will also enhance any subsequent training contract applications you make in the future. In addition, the firm actively encourages professional development and you will quickly enhance your skill set meaning that you can progress swiftly to deal with more technically challenging matters.
