Energy Solicitor - NQ Opportunity

A highly regarded full service national law firm has now commenced an expansion drive of its Birmingham city centre office. Consequently, the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious, talented newly qualified solicitor into its Energy Team which sits within the wider Commercial Division.

This Legal 500 listed practice has a very strong offering and operates in both the commercial and private sectors. The firm boasts an envied client list and is also the proud recipient of a host of awards demonstrating exactly why major bodies recognise the practice as one of the best law firms to work for.

The firms' Energy Team acts for an extensive list of heavyweight clients that are both national and international entities and the team offers the full spectrum of commercial and energy expertise to include renewable energy projects such as solar, wind and biomass issues, energy regulation, licensing and energy efficient projects.

Whilst the team would be delighted to hear from an NQ solicitor who has undertaken a seat in the energy sector, this is by no means a pre-requisite as the team are happy to meet with people who have come from a wider commercial or corporate background but who have a real interest in specialising in the ever-growing energy sector upon qualification.

This firm is truly a meritocratic organisation and is in a very strong financial position. It can offer long term security and will offer exposure to high calibre work. You will receive a very competitive remuneration and benefits package and will also be able to take advantage of a lucrative bonus scheme whilst working in an autonomous environment with very little in the way of KPIs and targets meaning that you can focus solely on your professional development and expedite your technical skills whilst working alongside notable experts in the sector.
