James Andrews Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment consultancy that is rapidly expanding across the UK. We work with some of the biggest brands and blue chip companies on the market today. Part of that expansion requires us to identify new talent for our Training Programme. There are 15 graduate vacancies available across two of our offices: Leicester & Birmingham. The city where our company was founded in 2009, with the original four members setting a strong footing for our future growth. We are currently in our third office location in Leicester having outgrown previous premises due to expansion. In 2016 we took on a further six graduates and in September we will be relocating to the thriving Clarendon Park/Queen’s Road area with space for over 50 staff members in a fully refurbished office. We are taking applications now for any recent graduates looking to kick start their career.
Our second office, which opened in 2010, is set in picturesque St. Paul’s Square next to the historic Jewellery Quarter. In 2013 we moved to the top floor of our building after outgrowing the first premises. Now with space for over 40 employees we have become a major graduate recruiter in a very short time span. We are taking applications now for any recent graduates looking to kick start their career.

All training will be delivered by experienced Senior Consultants up to Director Level who have a wealth of experience and unprecedented success within the recruitment industry. All programmes are designed and coordinated by our specialist Training & Development Manager.
