Claims Recoveries Handler
Due to the positive growth of our client, an opportunity has arisen for a Claims Recoveries Handler, ideally from a credit hire background.
This role will be based around managing a case load of existing claims passed on to the claims recoveries department by our clients Ongoing Hire department. This role will involve the successful candidate taking receipt of any existing claims which have past the invoicing stage and recovering/negotiating our clients costs with the at fault parties insurance company. The role may also involve discussions with any at fault party’s insurance company regarding liability.
The successful candidate would be an excellent communicator, able to negotiate and have a great telephone manner. Previous experience in a claims handling role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Pro Claim would be an advantage.
