Customer Services Executive / Showroom Sales
Selwood.com are the largest manufacturer and online retailer of children's outdoor play equipment in the global market today. We have sales channels in the U.K, Australia, NZ, South Africa and Europe. We have office locations in Nuneaton, UK and Sydney, Australia.
Are you a smart focused individual with a passion to help our customers, the ability to take on board information and to develop yourself whilst you grow in our business.
We need a motivated, creative, enthusiastic, natural communicator to do front line telephone and live chat customer service whilst also managing our showroom and shop.
We will develop, train, and provide you with excellent grounding in all areas of our dot-com company. Previous customer services or telephone sales work experience is essential
- Languages (not essential but more than one would be an asset)
- Ability to learn and use new software packages.
- excellent written communicator- ability to work well within a small team
