We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well established organisation based in Walsall, on a temporary contract covering long term sickness, this is an immediate start, full time opportunity with a pay rate of GBP7.50 per hour with a fabulous early finish each Friday!

The purpose of the role is to support with all aspects of Customer Administration to ensure an efficient service to both the customer and your colleagues.

Daily duties will include:

- Taking calls from customers and dealing with their enquiry in an efficient manner
- Taking and processing orders from customers with accuracy
- Providing customers with timely quotes both over the phone and via email
- Maintaining the customer database and updating customer records when required
- Supporting with all other administration duties to include filing and scanning of customer records

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 16:30 and Friday hours of 8:00 - 13:00
