Income Assistant required. The role includes Former Tenant arrears, Former Tenant credits, refunds and Housing Benefit entitlements and administration.
My client is a large housing association across Rugby and the surrounding area. They are looking for a Rent Officer on a part time basis within their Income Team.
The responsibilities of this position include;
To record rental income due from residents and ensure that this income is maximised
- To liaise with Services, Housing Benefit departments to maximise resident's benefit entitlement and organisational income
- To report to appropriate managers the performance of Services on a regular basis
The ideal candidate will have experience of income/rent and have held a similar position in the past. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
salary of GBP10-GBP11 p/h + benefits
