We're looking to recruit a new team of customer service executives to join a large customer service team on the outskirts of the city centre. You must be flexible as the hours are on a 3 week rotating shift pattern which includes 1 week of evenings 12.30pm - 9pm, 2 weeks of days 8.50am - 5.20pm and 1 weekend in 3.
All you need to be the new Customer Service Advisor is:
- Customer service experience
- Good maths and English skills
- A confident and personable phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and a passion for going above and beyond
So, what would the day in the life of one of our Customer Service Advisors be like????
The Customer Service Advisor duties would involve taking inbound query calls from customers, responding to email correspondence and maintaining the in house data management systems. You will be working in a really friendly, fun and laid back environment within a close knit, supportive team.
This role is a really rewarding position with the opportunity to progress and grow within an amazing fashion design company. There is shift patterns involved on a 3 week rota in the times between 8:30 - 21:00.
Start date: 24th July - no holidays will be authorised in the first 3 months due to training
Once permanent the salary will increase: GBP15,000 - GBP16,000 + benefits
