Sales Office Administrator
(Initially for Maternity Cover with possibility of permanent contract)

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team who service the UK 'Daily Deals' online market.
Based at the Brecon Headquarters key responsibilities include:
- General administration tasks working mainly in MS Excel and in our own bespoke Mail Order Processing System.
- Liaison with team members to ensure stock is on-hand before campaigns go live
- Speaking to clients on a daily basis to confirm details of campaigns before they go live
Ideally of graduate calibre, candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and have first-rate written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Office is also essential.
Previous experience in a sales office environment would be an advantage.
