Sales Negotiator - Stoke on Trent - up to £18k basic plus commission

My clients are a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand offering a proactive approach to property utilising their vast experience of the local market. Over the last 20 plus years they have built up an enviable reputation in the Stoke and surrounding areas offering a first class customer service.

A rare opportunity has arisen to join their thriving branch in Stoke for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator ideally with a minimum of 12 months' experience and local knowledge of the area and if you have valuing experience that would be great! The role will be covering both offices in Stoke and Cheadle.

Purpose of role:

As a successful Sales Negotiator , you will give your branch the chance to sell fantastic properties. You will take every opportunity to build self confidence through a positive professional work ethic. You will work to a busy diary visiting a variety of properties and people across your local area. You will sell yourself and your brand to ensure the successful negotiation properties.

Essential Skills for the successful Sales Negotiator include:

• Be ambitious and want to progress within the Estate Agency Industry
• Conduct viewings, vendor feedback and communicate clearly giving a high level of customer service
• Able to work in a busy office
• Be self motivated and driven
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all parties
• You must have a clean UK driving licence and your own car for which mileage will be paid.
