About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global corporate company as an Office Administrator providing administrative support in an efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Travel arrangements - flights and hotel bookings, including liaising with travel companies and negotiating best travel plans and costs.
  • Acting as a point of contact for company travel insurance and dealing with any issues.
  • Meeting arrangements - allocating meeting rooms, arranging lunch / refreshments for meetings
  • Processing invoices
  • Provide support to reception as required
  • Stationery management
  • Vendor, invoice and order processing
  • Monitor budgets

Key requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Korean speaking - intermediate
  • Hardworking, well-organised, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to deal with customer and business related issues
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
