An award winning Quality Management Company is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract. Based on a 40 hour week, the successful candidate will be a confident Administrator, comfortable with IT, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and using in-house software. The successful candidate will also have a keen eye for detail, be adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines, and working with a RFT (Right First Time) approach.

The day to day duties will include;
Maintaining records system
Liaise with agencies to resolve any queries and on a weekly basis send agency temp report to enable weekly invoice to be raised
Processing and administration of other hourly labour data and records,
Process all expenses for hourly paid employees
Providing day to day support to the Registration Authority
Liaising with staff / departments to support the operational needs
Reporting / escalating issues and information to the appointed line manager
Writing reports and providing data
Ensure that on a daily basis all the required project paperwork has been received from the Business Managers / Supervisors.
Complete DRS (daily report sheet) tick list - to show reports received and note any issues for preparation of analysis and trends.
Accurately collate and input the required daily data for hourly paid labour onto the company computer system for all projects. Any queries or deficiencies must be promptly resolved with the Project originator to allow accurate data input and reporting analysis and trends.
